The deal has been worked and now its time to print up the paperwork. The salesperson prints all the paperwork which is a great thing. The salesperson brings the complete folder to his/her manager and then what happens? Someone needs to enter all the info into the DMS so that the deal can be brought to the next stage. In most cases, the manager finds themselves entering all the data that the salesperson has just typed CRM not into their DMS. Customer info typed in twice. Not very efficient. Slows the whole process down.
